The LSTA Full Grant cycle is closed. Proposals were due at the State Library April 23, 2009.
LSTA Full Grants have an implementation period of one year, October 1 - September 30. They must include a federal request of more than $24,000. Full grants are larger in scope, should be fully implemented within the project period and partnership projects are highly encouraged.
