Be Creative @ Your Library! - Children’s ProgramExpress Yourself @ Your Library! - Teen Program This year's Ohio Reading Program revolves around music and the arts. Whether you are singing songs, writing plays, or enjoying craft projects, we can all participate as artists this summer. You will find lots of great ideas and much more in this year’s manual! The artist for the children’s program is Ohio’s own children's book illustrator, David Catrow. The artist for the teen program is Brad Sneed. These programs provide libraries with the opportunity to explore the entire scope of imagination and books.
